Matrix Design has received the RIA Certified Robot Integrator designation.
In order to become certified, Matrix Design, LLC completed a rigorous process which includes an on-site audit and testing of key personnel among other important criteria.
“We congratulate Matrix Design, LLC for joining our growing list of RIA Certified Robot Integrators,” said Jeff Burnstein, president of RIA. “RIA Robot Integrator Certification is a key differentiator for integrators and automation users. Based on industry feedback, we have found that achieving certification has proven to be valuable for integrators looking to showcase their capabilities to both users and suppliers.”
“We are thrilled to achieve RIA Certified Robot Integrator status,” said Jeff Bennett, vice president of sales and marketing for Matrix Design. “In business for over 15 years, we’ve worked diligently to not only design and install high quality robotic systems, but, also to build a high-performing, sustainable robotics integration business that will enable us to serve the manufacturing and robotics industries for many years.”
“This certification validates our business processes and provides prospective end-users additional assurance of our competencies to design, build and install safe and efficient robotic automation systems,” said Pat Bertsche, president of Matrix Design, LLC. “Over the past several years, we’ve implemented rigorous operational processes and invested heavily in our employees. We are pleased to be recognized for our efforts and grateful that manufacturing companies have RIA as a resource as they seek integration partners.”
RIA requires each certified integrator to be recertified every two years. Detailed information on the certification program and the certified robot integrators can be found on Robotics Online.
“Robotics customers, of course, still need to conduct their own due diligence on the suppliers they select,” said Burnstein. “RIA cannot guarantee the work of any integrator or recommend which integrators to choose. We have over 80 system integrator members and look forward to having more of them go through the certification process in the near future.”
