Following the launch of its Flex 300-SCB Mini person-to-goods picking robot last week, autonomous mobile robot (AMR) provider ForwardX Robotics announced the launch of its Flex 300-L Mini deck-lifting robot.
The newest product in the ForwardX Flex series has been engineered for ultra-narrow aisles and features smart lifting capabilities. The company said its Flex 300-L Mini has the potential to revolutionize material handling.
ForwardX’s latest AMR measures 31.5 inches long, 18.9 inches wide, and 11.6 inches high. Despite its compact dimensions, the company said its newest Flex robot can deliver exceptional performance.

Features of the Flex 300-L Mini include:
- Navigation: ForwardX said its compact design allows the Flex 300-L Mini to move effortlessly in confined workspaces.
- Applications: The Flex 300-L Mini is ideal for industries like automotive OEM, manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing. The company said the robot can help address key pain points and automate material handling processes.
- Load Capacity: Weighing 264 pounds, the Flex 300-L Mini can carry a maximum payload of up to 661 pounds.
- CE Certified: ForwardX said its Flex 300-L Mini meets the stringent safety and quality standards of CE certification.
- Maneuverability: With a turning radius of only 18 inches, the company said its Flex 300-L Mini can navigate tight spaces with ease.
The Flex 300-L Mini and its recently-announced cousin the Flex 300-SCB Mini are equipped with laser simultaneous localization and mapping (SLAM) technology, which ForwardX said can ensure a safe working environment.
