The 2023 Robotics Applications Conference is seeking presenters who can share their journeys in evaluating, deploying, and managing robots and automation with fellow end users and suppliers.

FRAMINGHAM, Mass. – Peerless Media is seeking speakers for the 2023 Robotics Applications Conference, presented by Robotics 24/7. The second-annual virtual event is designed to share user perspectives on how to evaluate, deploy, manage, and monitor robots and automation in manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics applications.

“While robotics is increasingly prominent at trade shows and conferences worldwide, we think our focus on end users and applications is unique,” stated Eugene Demaitre, editorial director of Robotics 24/7. “We look forward to finding and sharing more actionable information with our growing audience.”

RAC ’22 shared user stories

Last year’s Robotics Applications Conference, or RAC ’22, featured tracks about the following topics:

  • Goods-to-person automation
  • Mobile robots and palletizing
  • Piece picking and perception
  • Machine tending and welding with collaborative robots

RAC ’22 included presenters from integrators and end users such as Körber Supply Chain, GXO Logistics, and Toyota North America.

Attendees included leading global companies including Ahold Delhaize, Amazon, Cargill, Carrier, Fuji, Garmin, General Mills, HomeGoods, Johnson & Johnson, the Mayo Clinic, and Starbucks.

In addition, Aaron Prather, director of the Robotics & Autonomous Systems Program at ASTM International, delivered the keynote address on optimizing warehouse operations with robots and AI. He was previously former senior advisor for technology research and planning at FedEx.

This year’s event will highlight new developments in these applications and more. Robotics vendors are welcome to provide speakers as long as they also bring users.

How to speak at the 2023 Robotics Applications Conference

For the 2023 Robotics Applications Conference, to be held on Wednesday, Oct. 18, Peerless Media is looking for submissions from users, integrators, industry analysts, and suppliers who can discuss real-world challenges and opportunities.

“This event is an opportunity for robotics operators, vendors, and thought leaders to share how they automate tasks and solve problems with their peers,” Demaitre added. “We’re not looking to share trade secrets but rather want to explore the still-vast potential for technology and industry.”

Presenters will work with Robotics 24/7’s editorial team to prepare panel discussions and answer audience questions.

Speakers interested in participating in the 2023 Robotics Applications Conference can submit applications here. Presentation proposals are due Friday, May 12, 2023.
